Free Introductory Lesson
514-934-5972Several of Montreal's Alexander Technique teachers are pooling their resources to offer free introductory lessons every month. This is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to find out more about the Technique and learn what taking lessons would be like. All the teachers involved are CanSTAT or STAT certified and are highly qualified.
If you want to know more give me a call or just show up to one of the monthly lessons on the first Tuesday of every month from 7 pm to 9 pm at the Centre de formation en Technique Alexander.
